There was this Detective in Rotorua who was out for his daily PCT jog when he heard a woman from a shop yelling that she was being robbed. The offender ran out of the shop and took off down the road. Without increasing his pace, the Detective ran up behind the offender, grabbed him by the scruff of the neck, ran him to the police station and arrested him!
