Pawnshop
A lady had left her house to run some errands and upon her return she discovered the house had been burgled. She made some enquiries of her own before ringing the Police. When I arrived I received a list of what had been taken and she explained she had a hunch that the alleged offender might try to offload the gear at a local pawnbroker. When I arrived at the location I found the alleged offender busy trying to pawn the missing items. He initially denied stealing the items, but when it was explained how we had come to find him he coughed like an asthmatic sheep. Not the sharpest tool in the shed!
