Shoeless
While I was working at the service desk, I received a call from an elderly lady whose house had been burgled. But the call was more than a complaint.
The lady was able to tell me who the offender was. He had taken off his shoes while he robbed the property but had forgotten to take them with him. The discarded shoes had a name in them which matched that of one of the regular offenders.
