Policing is not all about being physically tough. As a woman in the Police, I often utilise my ability to approach a situation in a less confrontational manner, which has proved to be more effective at times. This job will cater to wherever you are in life, if you are all about work; there is always plenty of it. If your family comes first, it will definitely accommodate your needs.
