Competition Terms and Conditions
- The competition is run by NZ Police
- Entrants can only enter the prize draw by visiting the website www.newcops.co.nz, completing the quiz and entering their contact details to complete the entry.
- There is one prize pack of an 8GB Apple iPod touch to be won each month.
- From July 2008, and for the duration of the promotion, a monthly prize draw from all eligible entries will take place by the last day of each month.
- Winners will be notified by email and/or mobile phone by the 15th day of the month following the prize draw.
- NZ Police reserves the right to redraw any prize in the event that it cannot reach a prize winner, or if that prize winner does not respond to NZ Police within two days of contact being attempted.
- The judge-s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry is consent to use name [and photograph] of the prize winners for publicity purposes.
- Employees of NZ Police, M&C Saatchi and their web development agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to win the competition.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.
- NZ Police reserves the right to withdraw the promotion and associated competition at any time.
