Please go to http://www.police.govt.nz/user/password which will allow you to reset your password. You will receive an email allowing you to login once and then to change your password.

You will be able to login at http://www.police.govt.nz/user and should have the correct permissions to do your normal tasks.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Username will be exactly the same as before and in Lower case.
